We just returned home from our first pupil exchange programme of our project. What a weekend it was! Three Weekendschool pupils from all our partner regions participated in a three day programme organised by Comitato d'Intesa in Italy. For some of the youngsters it was there first time abroad, in a plane and/or being without their parents. They did very well! The Here We Create The Future Language Games were tested and put to good use to make the pupils connect and mix with their peers from other countries. The pupils also participated in workshops gaining further job perspective and learn about different cultures and backgrounds.
We are already looking forward to our next pupil exchange in Murcia, Spain and give even more weekendschool youngsters the opportunitiy to grow!
